Does mathematics prove there is no god? Empty Does mathematics prove there is no god?

Not sure if anyone has suggested such, however if one thinks of the infinities within mathematics; the endless count of integers and that each interger offers its own infinities such that in example the number 1 has infinite divisions and multiples and additions and substractions.

If indeed these infinities represent reality than it stands to reason that an "ALL", "OMNI", "Alpha and Omega", Absolute....could NOT in fact exist. As only one infinity need exist to anihilate any such consideration? And that one infinity does indeed exist and is called by us mathematics.

I should add that even though humans were to die off, and no one following came across our mathematical languages; these languages would still harbor its existences eternally within its points of time. Therefore their infinite concepts would still be proof of infinities.

Can anyone show that such logic is perhaps false? I currently see no fault.

    Hmmm...My imaginative thoughts continue on...

Okay, well, the idea is that if there is infinity of any sort, than there could not ever be an "omni" or "all".

Mathematics are proofs of infinities. Even though we as humans give meaning to the symbols, the infinities exist.

An omni/all would be like saying "all of infinity" which is a contradiction. I guess one could consider such an abstract set as in; that infinity over there and that other infinity, but the set does not end an infinity.

Eternity is an infinity, and theoretically one could imagine in each point of time, infinity, as that infinity point is eternal (denoted by time).

Let's say that another Universe doesn't have the same laws as we do, however this Universe does indeed have these laws and therefore carries these infinities, which still would counter an "all".

So...based simply on this radix of infinities...and if you think about it...even if it's abstract...a claim of being omni anything would be false. In example "all knowing" would mean that these infinities would be completely known, and that's impossible given that they are infinite. "all powerful" would mean that this possible infinity is not infinite. "Alpha and Omega...Beginning and End of all things" would mean that there is an "all" point or an every thing, and to which mathematical integers and real numbers would apply, so that cancels out that suggestion because there is no "all" to any infinity and mathematics offers plenty of 'em.

In a nutshell...if only one infinity exist than there cannot be an "all" and therefore even a god could not be an all if the claim is that it is infinite (that's a contradiction).
